Anxiety can feel hard-wired into us, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I’ll help you discover the roots of your anxiety and develop healthy ways to soothe your nervous system and think differently.
Chronic Pain
Research shows that four common traits in people with chronic pain are: perfectionism, conscientiousness, people pleasing, and anxiousness.
Those traits can show up in our bodies as migraines, jaw & neck pain, back pain, and other symptoms. I’ll help you transform your relationship with your symptoms and find freedom.
Highly Sensitive People
Do you feel things deeply? Avoid intense TV shows or movies because they are just too much for you? Notice you are over-stimulated in noisy or busy environments?

I’ll help you determine how you want to show up in your relationships and how to take small, manageable steps in that direction. Together, we will develop scripts for handling tricky situations with others and help you find your voice.
